Journey of 12 Days Char Dham Yatra

Day 1 – Delhi to Haridwar

First you will be picked up from Delhi Airport or Railway station, where our guide will be introduced after the brief introduction, we’ll move towards Haridwar by road, once you arrive, you can check into your selected hotels.
Haridwar is located on the banks of river Ganga, Haridwar is beautiful holy city in the state of Uttrakhand. Haridwar is considered as Gateway to God as this city is all about Temples and ghats. Mostly people visit here for Ganga Snan, Hindus people believes that taking a holy Dip in the Ganga River washes away all the sins and salvation will be attained. As its belief a huge number of people visit Haridwar throughout the year. Various festivals and fairs are hosted and celebrated here, among these festivals few are main festivals, which celebrates with full of joy include Kumbha Mela, Dussehra Somvati Amawasya Mela and Kavad Mela.

Day 2 – Haridwar – Barkot

On the second day after being fresh n up and having a breakfast, we will take you to the way of Barkot by road which passes through Dehradun and Musoorie. You can enjoy the road side view or you can also visit the famous kempty falls on the way. On the way at barkot, check – in to your hotel/camp, the rest of the day is free to relax and save your energy for the yatra of Yamunotri the next day.

Day 3: - Guptkashi to Kedarnath

On the 3rd day of Darshan at Yamunotri dham after having breakfast we will leave for Janki Chatti (5km), and hanuman Chatti (10 km), here you will start your first hill Char Dham Yatra of Yamunotri it will be 6 km long, you can hire Palki, Ponies or a horse for your trek
The sacred shrine of Yamunotri, source of the river Yamuna the twin sister of Varna, the lord of death. Basically the` river originates from Champasar glacier, which is 1 km ahead of the shrine. On arrival of Yamunotri take a dip in Yamuna River and do pooja.
Coming back through same route to Barkot, then go back to your hotel room, have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Barkot.

Day – 4, Barkot to Uttarkashi

In the morning after having a breakfast, just check out your hotel room then we will move up to Uttarkashi. Uttakashi is situated in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand, meaning Kashi of the north’ is also nicknamed as ‘Somya kasha’ and ‘Shivnagri like kasi, the town of Uttarkashi is also home the sacred Vishwnath temple. On arrival there, you will check in the hotel then, in the evening, visit the famous Vishwnath Temple then dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day – 5, Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Early morning breakfast at the hotel and drive to Gangotri Dham, is situated in Uttarkashi district in the state of Uttarakhand. The most sacred of all rivers, Gangas, descented from heaven to earth at Gangotri. The actual origin of the river is at Gaumukh in the Gangotri glacier. The river is called Bhagirathi at the source and acquires the name of Ganga from Devprayag onwards. After doing pooja, in afternoon, we will back towards Uttarkashi then dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day – 6 Uttarkashi – Guptkashi

On 6th day after having a breakfast we will leave for our next destination. On arrival, check into the hotel. Guptkashi is a religiously major town of Uttrakhnand as its houses ancient Temples like Vishwnath temple and Ardhnareshwar temple. Guptkashi is 47km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath. Get your medical checkup done for your next day journey to Kedarnath. Then, have your dinner and stay overnight in the hotel/camp.

Day – 7 – Trek Kedarnath

Early morning after having breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to the Sonprayag, distance is 30km per hour. From Sonprayag will start 20 km trek to kedarnath Dham. You can hire a doli, ponies or a house for your trek. Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Gangas originates at Kedarnath and flows through Gaurikand. “Jai Bholenath” chants echo in the mountains. You will get to see the glimpse of the picturesque beauty of the valley, which will leave you fascinated. On arrival check in at Govt. Camps/Lodges in Kedarnath and take some rest. Enjoy the dinner and stay overnight at Govt. Camps in Kedarnath.

Day 8 – Return Kedarnath to Guptkashi

On this day of 12 day Chardham Yatra you will get to darshan of Kedarnath dham. In the morning, you get up before sunrise and after getting fresh n up you will be there at 4:45 am for worship of lord shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the god. After doing all the pooja Archana, you have to back go to the Govt. Camps.
Later you will have to return to trek of 20km of Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The car will wait for you in Sonprayag Car Parking and you will drive to your hotel (Guptkashi, then dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9 – Guptkashi to Joshimath

This morning, you check out of the hotel and drive to Badrinath temple via Joshimath. After breakfast in the morning, we will move towards Badrinath via Joshimath. Badrinath is an amazing pilgrimage site that holds immense importance for Hindus and Buddhist. Badrinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
After driving through some wonderful Ghat road you arrive at Badrinath. Then, check into the hotel & after taking some rest and snacks, you all set to go to Badrinath Temple for Darshan in the evening. But first, you have to go to Tapt kund (Hot spring), take a bath, and then go to the temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the temple of Shri Badrinath ji is 15 meters in heigh, built in the form of a cone with a small cupola of a gilt bull and spire. Then return to hotel, dinner and overnight and stay at the hotel.

Day 10 – Badrinath – Joshimath – Rudraprayag

On the 10th day of 12 Char Dham Yatra, we will go to Badrinath Temple for Darshan. After having breakfast we will leave for local sightseeing at Badrinath. Visit main attractions of Badrinath such as Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa and Mata Murti temple. checkout from the hotel in the afternoon and head towards Rudraprayag via Joshimath. En – route visit Karanprayag. Rudra Prayag holds great religious importance, also, the own features stunning natural beauty and peace. On arrival Rudraprayag, check into the hotel. You can relax for the rest of the day or explore the beauty of Rudraprayag. Have your dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day11 – Joshimath to Haridwar drop

Rishikesh is spiritual city, it is situated on the right bank of the Gangas River and is a pilgrimage town for Hindus, with ancient sages and saints meditating here in search of higher knowledge.
